I really enjoyed the full day, as well as the one to one at the end of the day. – What did you like most about this workshop?

I would say its an opportunity not to be missed, The training was designed to help us to build our skills and develop new skills by thinking out of the box changing our mind set, setting some new goals while thinking about the negative and positive spirals of sales. It was also fantastic to meet other delegates who can offer different way that may assist you in getting those orders or new business. Richard delivered the course in a simple format, fun, safe environment. The material he gave us was really good we can take it to the office and put this into practice straight away. The trainer was clearly an knowledge expert, he delivered a great session at good pace and kept the room engaged. The trainer 'obviously' focused on delivering the course and not using the session as a sales pitch for durlamlane. The participants left with actions/homework that are practical and will benefit their business. – What did you like most about this workshop?

I liked the 15 second presentation topic using Mind Maps – What did you like most about this workshop?

I would say yes reason being; simple structured elements to successful calls and a structured guide to the sales process i.e 35 point matrix. Skills delivered from an experienced leader, engaged the audience, allowed sufficient time for real world case studies, and always pulled it back in before wandering off the plot. This was something completely new to me as I have very little experience in having to deal with external customers. I am currently project manager for new product introductions so the 'deal has already been struck' by time the project gets to me. I do have limited contact with my current main customer so there is scope to utilise some of the principles in negoiting time lines etc. These can also be used in my internal negoiations with my projects team. – What did you like most about this workshop?

Richard Lane was excellent - a friendly character with a soft but inviting approach. He made us all feel involved and I digested everything he covered. He was certainly a highlight to a lot of training sessions I've had in the past. Loved the war stories! If only a small critisism, Richard mentioned we had "a lot to get through in a short period of time" this did at times feel more listening than participating, but I can't complain as Richard made this point very clear at the beginning. – What did you like most about this workshop?
