Our biggest issue is finding the initial leads. Once we get in front of a potential new customer, our experience and skills speak for themselves - but it is getting that initial appointment that we find most difficult. I think the way in which each topic is explained and then we were encouraged to directly relate it to our company meant we were able to directly link the learning to our day-to-day experiences.
