I liked the 15 second presentation topic using Mind Maps – What did you like most about this workshop?

I would say yes reason being; simple structured elements to successful calls and a structured guide to the sales process i.e 35 point matrix. Even if the candidate has a structure this would add to to it and surely would improve the process. – If someone were to ask you whether they should attend a durhamlane masterclass, what would you say and why?
