This was something completely new to me as I have very little experience in having to deal with external customers. I am currently project manager for new product introductions so the 'deal has already been struck' by time the project gets to me. I do have limited contact with my current main customer so there is scope to utilise some of the principles in negoiting time lines etc. These can also be used in my internal negoiations with my projects team. – What did you like most about this workshop?
