Engaging and motivating with good handouts. I would have liked time to spend on more specific requirements of our Customer Liaison Team but I am confident that we will be able to utilise a lot of the suggestions from today, moving forward. My main issue with sales is the pricing. I'm never quite sure how to price and more importantly, I'm uncomfortable talking about the price. I never know how to deal with someone who instantly asks "how much will this cost?", before they find out anything about what I do or what benefits I offer. This workshop gave some very useful tips on how to take back some control of the conversation and direct it away from that discussion stopper question! – What did you like most about this workshop?

I would say YES and I have already done so! Richard is knowledgeable and is able to get information across in a no nonsense, full of common sense way. It was very good from a B2B selling point of view. It was spot on for what our Fundraisers work on but not so relevant to our telesales canvassers or customer relations team. We were slightly disappointed that the course wasn't tailored more to the charity sector and covered other types of sales aside from B2B such as major donors, members of the public.
