Personally I liked some of the phrases to challenge clients and also the email structure to send to the highest possible contact. I did however think as the course had consultants with a wide variety of experience from those new to recruitment to more experienced there were quite a few areas that those with no limited experience would really benefit from going into a bit more detail. – What did you like most about this workshop?
