The workshops as a whole provided usable and valuable tools that can be used to generate and retain sales for the business. The principles and topics covered were a good fit to the way that we want to grow our business. Sales can be daunting, but using simple tools like magic 35, planning tools and killer questions etc. can give you a good base for conversation and a way into business that you might not have been able to get using 'uninspiring' sales pitches. Not coming from a sales background, I initially thought that the training would be difficult, but the concepts were clear and easy to follow. In particular, the use of group tasks actually generated usable ideas/concepts that we can move forward with as a business. – What did you like most about this workshop?
