Luke was an excellent trainer. He was engaging and involved everyone into the discussions, and encouraged real life examples to be brought into the session (this allowed the information to really sink in). There were lots of activities and group work, so you could really collaborate together. I genuinely got a lot from it, and it helped with the re-cap of Day 1 as well. It was encouraged that we found our own way of using it in day-to-day. I learned techniques which I can use in work, and in my personal life. – What did you like most about this workshop
