I liked the fact that you had to go in pairs and discuss, it made you think more about what you had learned during the session, it also helped you to think about how you could bring these learnings into your company. I thought there was great theory presented to us and it was nice to see that quite a few bits of it we were actually doing. My favourite parts where the workshops where we actually got to apply the theory to our day to day jobs. It's the best way to actually using it; is to apply it to a day to day account. The Magic 35 is critical to us being as efficient as possible in our jobs. I had two meetings the following day and it made me think how to structure my call and be as efficient as possible. – What part of the programme did you like most?
