I enjoyed day 2 as the training became more interactive and gave us the opportunity to try new tools and techniques in group exercises. The training overall has been really good, it has generated a lot of new thinking and ideas, and it feels like our sale approach has become more 'scientific' now and potentially more predictable. – What part of the programme did you like most?
