Killer Questions and Magic 35. These 2 tools are key indicators to decipher how likely a sale is to complete. The NBS Service team have taken Magic 35 and reformed it and it is now being used on a daily basis. The belief equation also stuck in my mind. The Account management section was really relevant to the Customer success Team, especially as we are new at RIBA Enterprises and the role is evolving. I loved the elevator pitch stuff as well, that made you think about we are talking about on a daily basis.
