I thought the trainer was excellent and very competent. His knowledge of selling and customer service was excellent and I liked his personable and relaxed training style. His organisation is something we'd potentially utilise for our own customer service training. I do think there is a need for training on marketing of voids best practice, in light of hard-to-let property challenges and welfare reform, which would be useful for ourselves and other participants. Perhaps this is something the NHC could look into as I'm sure you'd get a favourable response. Would it also be possible to share the 'tips' sheet that was circulated at the training? – What did you like most about this workshop?
