Engaging and motivating with good handouts. I would have liked time to spend on more specific requirements of our Customer Liaison Team but I am confident that we will be able to utilise a lot of the suggestions from today, moving forward. There are certain things that weren't relevant, but it was good to have an overall sales experience and we now have a greater understanding of what areas to focus on.
