My main issue with sales is the pricing. I'm never quite sure how to price and more importantly, I'm uncomfortable talking about the price. I never know how to deal with someone who instantly asks "how much will this cost?", before they find out anything about what I do or what benefits I offer. This workshop gave some very useful tips on how to take back some control of the conversation and direct it away from that discussion stopper question! – What did you like most about this workshop?
I would say YES and I have already done so! Richard is knowledgeable and is able to get information across in a no nonsense, full of common sense way. He makes sales seem like a less scary proposition and I took away lots of tips that I have tried to implement since. – If someone were to ask you whether they should attend a durhamlane masterclass, what would you say and why?
