using the sales skills which were discussed yesterday have actually provided results today for me, not an order however a response to an email (1st time may i add) to which i thought i would have to make numerous contacts with, i am now on the right path and been added to the tender list to bid for future works, so thanks Richard! Oh and Frances McKenna, thank you for your help during the event, your caring approach was kind and i could see made others feel a little more relaxed and comfortable at the event. – What did you like most about this workshop?
