It was very good from a B2B selling point of view. It was spot on for what our Fundraisers work on but not so relevant to our telesales canvassers or customer relations team. We were slightly disappointed that the course wasn't tailored more to the charity sector and covered other types of sales aside from B2B such as major donors, members of the public. Also a little disappointed that Richard did not learn the language beforehand - donors, philanthropy, incentivised givers, participants and a bit about their different motivations to give, even after having discussed this in detail over the phone in the weeks prior. – What did you like most about this workshop?
