Again, I like the interactive nature of the workshop. The structure of the workshop really makes you think and gets you to question your own business and the way you currently do things - which definitely helps the learning process. – What did you like most about this workshop?

Our biggest issue is finding the initial leads. Once we get in front of a potential new customer, our experience and skills speak for themselves - but it is getting that initial appointment that we find most difficult. I think that some of that is due to internal processes not being as effective as they should be, and some of it is our inability to get through to the right person. – What's your company's biggest sales performance challenge?
