I think the way in which each topic is explained and then we were encouraged to directly relate it to our company meant we were able to directly link the learning to our day-to-day experiences. I think the informal yet still professional manner in which the training was held helped encouraged us to discuss matters openly and honestly. – What did you like most about this workshop?
I am inspired to ask for customers feedback on our company as well as consider how I phrase questions in order to receive the most useful information from people (open questions). I will start to think about how selling is a process and what actions needs to occur at each stage in the process. I have already held the 'what motivates you' questionnaire with my team and learnt they all valued 'recognition' in their top 2 which reminds me to ensure they do receive recognition when deserved. – What are you going to do differently following the workshop?
