I thought that the open discussion was very useful. The tools for analysing customer types and considering links was helpful. The course didn't appear to focus so much on Customer Service as it did on communication skills, which is clearly important to customer service but a different topic in my opinion. The slide material was also a strongly focused on 'bulk sales' as opposed to 'large-scale project management'. – What did you like most about this workshop?
