meeting new people and discussing their job roles with them and finding out why they are doing this sales course – What did you like most about this workshop?

i would have like to start from the very basics of sales as i know nothing about sales and i felt like i was the only one in the group that didn't have any sales experience as everybody seemed to understand and know what the trainer was talking about whereas i felt like some of it just went straight over my head. – Please share any other comments or observations
