The Account management section was really relevant to the Customer success Team, especially as we are new at RIBA Enterprises and the role is evolving. I loved the elevator pitch stuff as well, that made you think about we are talking about on a daily basis. The magic 35 will also be useful when tackling opportunities. i have scored an 8 above, did the course achieve its objectives this is because an element of it is now us going, practicing the skills, coaching and feeding back on our experiences to share with each other, for me the programme is just the theory and the start. – What part of the programme did you like most?
